Gävle’s public real estate company has installed temperature sensors in almost all apartments. In combination with steering on indoor climate, this has resulted in reduced heating costs by 2 million SEK yearly.
Fastighets AB, the supervisor in Sundbyberg, has over 9,000 measuring points that are collected in CURVES. Among other things, the supervisor got help from EcoGuard to upgrade an old measurement system for water, electricity, and temperature in 251 apartments that stopped working.
The main gain for us is an excellent indoor climate for our customers and a reduced workload for our customer service and operating technicians.
Familjebostäder in Gothenburg logs the indoor temperature in over 18,000 apartments. Measurement data is used primarily in the dialogue with residents, but also for control and adjustment of the heating level.
